1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Vehicler business platform at business.vehicler.org, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the platform.

2. Description of Service

Vehicler provides a business-to-business vehicle shipping management platform that enables companies to place, track, and manage vehicle transport orders across the United States. The platform includes order management, payment processing, and electronic contract signing capabilities.

3. Account Registration

To use the platform, you must register for an account and provide accurate, complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Orders and Shipping

All vehicle shipping orders placed through the platform are subject to availability and acceptance by Vehicler. Pickup and delivery dates are estimates and may vary due to weather, traffic, or other unforeseen circumstances. Vehicler will make reasonable efforts to meet scheduled dates.

You are responsible for ensuring that vehicle information provided is accurate, including make, model, year, and condition. Inaccurate information may result in additional charges or cancellation of the order.

5. Payments

Payments are processed securely through Stripe. By providing payment information, you authorize Vehicler to charge the applicable fees for services rendered. All prices are in US dollars. Invoices are generated upon order completion.

6. Electronic Signatures

Contracts and agreements may be executed electronically via DocuSign. By signing electronically, you agree that your electronic signature is legally binding and equivalent to a handwritten signature under applicable law, including the Electronic Signatures in Global and National Commerce Act (ESIGN).

7. Cancellations and Refunds

Orders may be cancelled prior to vehicle pickup without penalty. Cancellations after vehicle pickup may be subject to partial charges. Refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Contact our support team within 30 days of the service date to submit a refund request.

8. Limitation of Liability

Vehicler shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform or services. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific order giving rise to the claim.

9. Prohibited Use

You may not use the platform to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Submit fraudulent orders or false information
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the platform
• Interfere with or disrupt the platform's operation
• Resell or redistribute access to the platform without authorization

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms of Service. You may also terminate your account at any time by contacting our support team. Outstanding orders and payments will be settled upon termination.

11. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with applicable rules.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. We will notify registered users of material changes via email.
